In other news, the Kentucky state Supreme Court has ruled against Governor Matt Bevin in a 5-2 ruling. Bevin unilaterally cut spending for state universities earlier this year, exceeding his authority.

Meanwhile, Trump's campaign chair in Mahoning County, Ohio (Youngstown) says there was no racism before President Obama took office.

“If you’re black and you haven’t been successful in the last 50 years, it’s your own fault. You’ve had every opportunity, it was given to you,” she said.

“You’ve had the same schools everybody else went to. You had benefits to go to college that white kids didn’t have. You had all the advantages and didn’t take advantage of it. It’s not our fault, certainly.”

Yes, that sounds like a Trump voter. White people are the worst.

Finally, the continuing resolution to keep the federal government running beyond next Friday has hit a snag. The bill includes funding for flood victims, but not for families in Flint, Michigan who still don't have clean water. This has prompted Democrats to oppose the bill.
