Dear Bob.

I am writing you from an NGO: "The Atlantic Treaty Association", where I am publishing a paper about genocide, and darfur. The paper can barely be published, but we do not have money to buy a picture, and I would really like to use this picture. Is that possible? Thank you for taking the time. Yours sincerely, Tine
