Bad news risin' (for Bush)

wolf1.jpgThe animal-haters in the Bush administration have been trying to take wolves OFF the endangered species list. But they just got smacked down by a judge (probably one of those "activist judges").

A U.S. District Court judge in Oregon on Tuesday blocked the Bush administration's effort to remove wolves from endangered-species protections in the lower 48 states.

That means that anyone shooting a wolf that wanders into Colorado would face a $100,000 fine.

Poor Georgie! How will the Rapture come if we don't destroy the dang eco-system!?!

That is good news.

The wolves are still in trouble elsewhere, like in Idaho and Montana, though.
