When will the FCC fine Bennett?
John Conyers is calling for the suspension of Bill Bennett as the result of -- what did he say? Oh yeah. He said that if you were to abort all black babies, the crime rate would go down.
Staggering that Howard Stern can be fined millions of dollars for talking about farts and vaginas, while Bill Bennett (author of "The Moral Compass For Children") can get away with -- perhaps -- just a suspension after musing about the genocide of an entire race of people. Come to think of it, has Mike Savage ever been fined by the FCC?

Let us have the whole quote in context, shall we? Note: This is in response to a caller who suggested ending abortions because the resulting increase in population would increase the tax base and restore solvency to Social Security, and the remark is part of a series of counters that Bennett had to that line of reasoning.
"If you wanted to reduce crime, you could, if that were your sole purpose, you could abort every black baby in this country, and your crime rate would go down. That would be an impossible, ridiculous and morally reprehensible thing to do."
But let's not let facts get in our way, shall we?

Rogue 9, if you're going to "have the whole quote in context" than GIVE THE WHOLE QUOTE. Which is:

Let me emphasize what Rogue 9 left out: "BUT YOUR CRIIME RATE WOULD GO DOWN." In Bennett's terms, blacks = criminals, period.
But your kind of half-quoting should get you hired to an intern post on "The O'Reilly Factor." Do you like falafel?
