Widespread Extinctions This Century
The Nobel Prize winning Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change:
In a startling and much-debated conclusion, the document warns that human activity risks causing "abrupt or irreversible changes" on Earth, including the widespread extinction of species and a dramatic rise in sea levels before the end of this century.
And that liberal bias? I didn't find this on any of the big liberal blogs (all due respect). I found this in bold red text on Drudge.
UPDATE (Saturday, Nov. 17): The Huffington Post is running this as its banner headline today. Go Arianna!
