Hero Of The Day: Senator Dodd

Senator Dodd's filibuster threat worked. Finally a Democrat wins, which is rare considering the -- you know -- DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY in Congress.
If he had actually filibustered, I wonder how long his excellent speed-talking would've lasted. Seriously, I wish I could talk that fast and still make sense.

I saw this 'breaking news' on Countdown last night and was elated! My own state representatives support amnesty, so I'm going to contact them today and (again) urge them to reconsider.
Thank you Senator Dodd!

We have the complete misfortune of being represented by not only McCain the Braindead, but also Kyl the Sleaze. The people of Arizona have learned, time after time, to not even bother to call their offices - they hang up on you if you aren't a registered Republican voter.
That's what is called "Representation" - and I'd like to apologize for what our elected officials are doing to this country!
Please forgive us.
