Unlike the anti-choice lobby, I believe it continues at birth and beyond, and we need universal healthcare for pregnant mothers, as well as all chidlren irrespective of pre- and post-natal socioeconomic status. I also believe that a mother has the right to decide what happens to the parasitic child growing inside her body -- especially if that life has been placed into her body against her will. I believe that after viability, if a mother wants to have the child removed, you and I should contribute our tax dollars to ensure that child receives the very best medical care; the very best foster/adoptive placement; and the finest education our nation has to offer.

How about you? What childcare measures are you willing to endorse -- what tax measures are you willing to bear -- to ensure that all human life begins with conception and continues after birth?

This was incorrect. According to data from the U.S. Census Bureau, there will be approximately 1,350,000 American children living on the streets this Christmas.
