Kristol Is As Kristol Does
In his first New York Times column, Bill Kristol quoted Michelle Malkin. If that wasn't awful enough, he misattributed the quote. The quote was actually written by Michael Medved. Greg Sargent:
In the column, Kristol quotes Michelle Malkin as follows:Still, as the conservative writer Michelle Malkin put it, “For the work-hard-to-get-ahead strivers who represent the heart and soul of the G.O.P., there are obvious, powerful points of identification.”Only Malkin is now claiming that she didn't write this. Instead, she notes, the quote actually comes from Michael Medved.
You know, this is how we ended up in Iraq -- incorrectly repeating information from horrible people. Good job, New York Times.
