Our Hip Black Friend
"If you have a social need, you're with Hillary," the aide said. "If you want Obama to be your imaginary hip black friend and you're young and you have no social needs, then he's cool."
If there are any Senator Clinton supporters or staffers reading this, drop into the comments and please assure us that this trend isn't a strategy. Seriously. The Clinton campaign has been more than a little creepy since Iowa, but this statement here is -- I don't know what to call it other than what it is. It rhymes with "race baiting".
(And for the record, I defended Senator Clinton against a similarly awful remark yesterday.)

Are you fucking kidding me? Wow. I bet those folks who thought every racist would come out of the woodwork didn't think the Clinton campaign would be first in line. They're making the GOP look like little angels; well, except Rove, but who expects anything resembling decency to be associated with him. Fucking disgusting, hopefully reality is going to hit them hard.
Wow. If they keep it up Bill Clinton may lose honorary black friend status.

How can you label the Clintons as racist, no president or political leader have done more for African Americans than the Clintons. It is sad to see how quickly many Blacks are willing to turn on the Clintons, because they are running against a Black candidate. Furthermore, anyone with common sense will know that Obama don't have a snowball chance in hell of being president when the republicans are done with him. They will make people scared to death of voting for a Black president. An Obama nomination will gurantee America at least frour more years of these idiots in the White House. Hillary is our only hope. They cannot throw anything at her they haven't thrown already. For those of you that don't realize that Hillary is our only hope, you are either blind or just plain stupid.

Just had to make sure you got that across. I don't worry about ignorant people calling me names. It's where the Clinton's are at. The Clinton's have done more for blacks argument is BULLSHIT, it always has been. Unless you call being patronizing and surfaced as doing more, than yes, he's done that more than either Bush or Reagan, because at least he treated them like human beings.

Why do you hate Hillary? does your personal feelings towards someone make them a worst or better president? Obama cannot win the presidency, don't you get it? America is more divided than you think. I would love to see a Black president, but thats another ten years from now at least. The younger generation is giving us hope for a better society someday, but that day hav'nt arrive yet. Hillary 08
