Scary Ignorance Caught On Tape
Nicole Belle posted this at C&L. And I nearly yacked up my lunch.
See, if the Republicans legitimately wanted to improve public education, they'd eventually educate themselves out of business. So they invent things like No Child Left Behind and school vouchers, each designed to keep America stupid. I mean, why the hell would the GOP want fewer of these ignoramusses?

I tell you they weren't left behind, they left of their own volition. They've been sipping at the trough of their local industry just a bit too much. Probably better than Kool Aid though.

My bro went to Lynchburg College (not the Falwell school) and he could tell ya a million of these kinds of stories. Insulated in their own little worlds.

I saw this at C&L this morning, and would have laughed hilariously, if not for the fact that at least most of these yokels are eligible to vote. Of course, if you hear something from someone in your own church, I guess you have to believe it, right?
I mean, it says so, right here in the Kurin. (sic)

I wonder how many times they fell for the old "it's like a lollipop - all girls like licking them" line. And suddenly Deliverance seems like a movie of intellectuals.
