This is what a president and a real leader looks like. Today, as a black man, I am REALLY proud to be a part of this country...He was built for this shit.

Amazing. This issue not only failed to kill him, it has made him stronger.

Get the fuck out of his way already, Hillary. Please.

Hillary should just quit tomorrow and sight that she has seen what a real leader looks like today. I believe this is Game. Set. Match.
Winner...Obama

What the hell is Hillary or McCain going to say...uhhh words don't matter? Yeah I don't think so. He truly did take this Rev. Wright thing and turn it on its heads. Bravo.

Our grandchildren will be reading about this speech in school. This is what it means to be an American. This speech.

A long time coming...

Thank you for posting the video here, Bob.

The beauty of that speech, for me at least, was though he referenced his campaign, it really wasn't a campaign speech. It was an impressive speech about how the some of the problems we suffer now are of our own making. Our failure to face them, head on, has kept this country from moving forward for a hundred years.

I believe this is going to be known as the first speech of the Obama Administration.

Ready on day one? He's ready right now. Right. Now.

I haven't seen it yet (I feel so left out!) but intend to. All reports - but one - are that it was magnificent. The one, Joe Scarborough, said something like "it's not about speeches; it's about delegates". How was this thick-headed moron ever elected to Congress??

Off to watch the speech...

I don't have a problem finding something to say about most things, but I am nearly speachless. The question isn't so much whether Obama deserves to be president, but whether we deserve to be served by such a man. But he does make me hope, hope for a better future I haven't believed was possible for a long time.
