President Bush To Veto Torture Ban
The Gestapo. The Spanish Inquisition. The Communist North Vietnamese who tortured John McCain and countless others. Imperial Japan during World War II. And President George W. Bush.
Let's see to it that history remembers President Bush alongside these other torturing villains.

So, bottom line is that the Army Field Manual is quaint.
