Texas And Ohio
Congratulations to Senator Clinton. The fear mongering appears to have worked and she netted four delegates from the day, and Senator Obama will likely erase those gains on Saturday and next Tuesday, but it worked for some temporary gains.
The real winner of the night is Senator McCain who will simply replicate Senator Clinton's ads and talking points in the general election.
More later...

He'll probably just replay the vast amount of footage she's lovingly giving him to use.

Isn't it silly how a vote for Hillary in the primaries is a vote for McCain in the general election?

What's frightening, is that it's not just the fear mongering that's driven up the Hillary vote. The republican machine have also been encouraging people to go out and vote for Hillary cuz it's an easier campaign for them to fight. I was looking for my precinct here in TX to do the caucus vote and I ran into web blogs where there republicans saying they were going to do just that.

What is frightening is the fact that it took almost 3,000,000 votes to assign 2/3 of the Democratic delegates in Texas, and less than 40,000 votes to assign the remaining 1/3. That's real representational democracy in action, yessiree!

Of course it's ridiculous, and it will likely be changed, but not in the middle of an election in which all parties involved agreed to before the nomination process started. Just like FL and MI.

I don't know, lnbno13, I've learned never to underestimate the irrationality of Texans.
