Clinton Supporters Might Vote For Him?

Him = Senator McCain. Because they'd inexplicably rather vote for a guy who calls his wife, Paris McCain, a "trollop" and a "cunt" in public than to vote for Senator Obama. Mental note: Calling wife a "cunt" in public...good. Running against Senator Clinton in the primary...bad.

On that note, this exchange really happened today:

Audience member: This question goes to mental health and mental health care. Previously, I've been married to a woman that was verbally abusive to me. Is it true that you called your wife a (expletive)?

McCain: Now, now. You don't want to... Um, you know that's the great thing about town hall meetings, sir, but we really don't, there's people here who don't respect that kind of language. So I'll move on to the next questioner in the back.

And I salute my friend Cliff Schecter. SAL-UTE!

Those who would rather vote for him than Barack have no grasp of reality and are delusional. Just like her!

Just a quick observation that keeps making me laugh aloud every time I read/hear it (mostly uttered by good men): "Calling wife a "cunt" in public...good. Running against Senator Clinton in the primary...bad" (not discounting the funny line).
I truly love how it's generally been emphasized *shock* "in public!". Call her whatever the fuck you want in private, but the c-word (you guys do that too, and it equally cracks me up), oooh no, not in public! It's just hilarious to me, and I'm not being a flippant smart-ass, it really makes me laugh. I use the word liberally to discribe anyone and everything that deserves it, IN PUBLIC, so I don't give a shit one way or the other, it's just an observation that has been consistently cracking me up over the past few weeks. All I have to add is if my partner called me a cunt in public he'd be lucky if he was able to make "t" sound ever again, cameras or not, war hero or not.

And over at the Des Moines Register site, where the link takes you, many commenters (male AND female) are posting things like "it's no big deal, men and women in long-term relationships say nasty things to each other all the time."

If I ever said anything like that to my fiance, in public or private, she would kick me to the curb so fast I wouldn't have time to pack a change of underware. And this asshole said it to his wife in front of reporters and staffers. What a dick.

Someone even had the idiocy to say that, after 23 years as a sailor, McSlime must have picked up a lot of "colorful" language. Well, I spent 22 years in the service, 15 of them in the Navy, and I would not even consider using that kind of language against any woman I had the least bit of respect for. He's lucky she doesn't cut him off without a dime.
