Good for the CA Supreme Court! Hopefully, the proposed constitutional amendment against gay marriage won't make it to the ballot, and if it does, it won't pass. I still haven't figured out how two people who are in a committed loving relationship, even if they are of the same sex, are a threat to life as we know it. MA allows gay marriage and society there hasn't collapsed.

Slowly but surely the braces are coming off of America's collective political brains. Let's hope it will continue...Oh the heights we could reach if allowed to truly be a free nation.
