Ah, yes, it was a rainy day in the Chi-town suburbs when I also took out my camera phone to commemorate the $4.05 price at the pump. Of course, poor Chicagoans have been enjoy lovely $4.30 prices for some time. Can't wait for teleportation technology to kick in.

Man, I haven't seen $3.85 in a dog's age. Something has to change.

$4.17 currently at the Valero in CT. Prices vary widely - last Thursday it was the Valero at $4.05, Cumberland Farms at $4.07, Citgo at $4.12 and Getty at $4.15 - within a 2 mile ride.

Consider the plight of the independent trucker. I saw #2 Deisel advertised at $4.99/gal today, here in Oakdale, CA.

It's been over $4 here in MI for over a week. Today I saw several stations jumping from $4.09 to $4.19.
For regular.
