Someone Call An Ambulance

Posted By Bob Cesca

I'm watching McAuliffe on Meet the Press. I'm not a doctor but this dude's on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

No kidding. If her "leadership" folks weren't such douchebags, I might actually feel sorry for them. But the performances of McAuliffe and, perhaps even more so, Lanny Davis in the past week have been, uh, entertaining.

I was talking to my wife about this today and, you know, if you were measuring "presidentialness" simply by the choices the two candidates have made in terms of staff, Clinton has been totally owned by Obama. Penn? Davis? McAuliffe? These are the best people she could surround herself with? Hoo boy. Thanks gods she's not going to get the nomination. I'd be afraid to see what her cabinet and top advisory staff would look like...
