This Is A Silly Observation
I used to be a little freaked out by Senator McCain's creepy forced smile.
Until I realized that the smile looks like the frozen grandparents from Weird Science.

My major problem is if they're dentures, then he needs new ones and if they're not, someone should get him a box of Crest strips. No human should have teeth that yellow, esp if they don't smoke.

Nice idea but I think they realize that if he suddenly shows up with New & Improved Choppers, it will be seen as a sort of marketing gimmick.
I'm sorry, but no matter what he does he'd never be able to compete with Obama's smile. I get all school girl giggly when I see it (complete with little hearts floating around my head).
