All three FISA amendments failed today.
Both Senators Clinton and Obama voted for the Dodd, Specter and Bingaman amendments.
Also, I don't understand what Greenwald meant when he wrote today:
But today, the Democratic-led Congress -- with the support of both John McCain and Barack Obama, neither of whom will even bother to show up and vote -- will cover-up those crimes.
I don't know about Senator McCain, but Senator Obama definitely voted in favor of the amendments today.
