Britney and Paris In McCain Attack Ad
Nothing like running a respectable campaign, eh McBush? The new McCain campaign spot features super-fast clips of Britney Spears and Paris Hilton just before showing Senator Obama in what almost amounts to a near-subliminal advertisement.
So I wonder if the barbecue media would object to the Obama campaign making a nasty anti-McCain commercial that featured quick clips of the Crypt Keeper and Methuselah. Something like this...

Are you serious?! Surely this is a joke. Is it so wrong to bust out the flip-flop card on McCain right now? Or, am I being presumptuous? Senility reigns.

JESUS! Republicans have reached a new low. Comparing Obama to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton? That's just uncalled for. I wouldn't even compare McCain to those two, and I want the man to quickly acquire debilitating Alzheimer's. There's such a thing as decorum. Sheesh.

They're pushing a new line here- in another statement today, they made a reference to Obama and his "entourage". It looks like a Nixon-style "silent majority" approach from this angle.

Strangely enough, I don't think this ad will hurt Obama at all. A lot of people (for reasons I can't fathom) LOVE Britney and Paris. A lot of people are concerned about the environmental effects of offshore drilling. And the "tax-and-spend liberal" smear is sooooo 1980's.
If that's their best shot, let them keep making fools of themselves.

That's brilliant!!
Great job!
Only.... what was that about the beer?
Were you just 'taking the piss' with that comment, or have I missed something?
Pardon my ignorance.
And thanks for the clip!
