Eff You -- The Pope Doesn't Know Either!

It's above the Pope's pay grade, as well:

"The Magisterium has not expressly committed itself to an affirmation of a philosophical nature [as to the time of ensoulment], but it constantly affirms the moral condemnation of any kind of procured abortion."

The Pope doesn't know when the soul enters the zygote. But McBush knows!

At what point during conception does the soul enter the egg? Tell me, McBush. When?! When the fertilized egg divides? When the cell implants on the wall of uterus? When the sperm enters the egg? What if the egg never implants and dies? Does it go to hell or purgatory -- because it wasn't baptized? Does McBush even know what a "zygote" is? Can he spell the word "blastocoel"? He didn't even know that Iraq doesn't border Pakistan. Heh? McBush? Heh?!

No, sir, this stuff is above McBush's "paygrade" as well. To know for certain the answers to these questions is being -- what's the word? -- presumptuous.

It was McPander at his best..the whole night. He won't be able to do this during the debates. It's going to be a glorious Dem convention!!

All good points Bob. I've also been asking myself just what McCrazy's definition of conception is.

Since all forms of birth control in some way interfere with implantation or fertilization does birth control go out the window too?

No morning after pills for rape victims?

Remember McCrazy's puzzlement when queried about insurance paying for Viagra but not birth control?

I guess we now know why he was puzzled!

Or did he just need a more receptive audience to approve of the thought that Viagra aids in adding to the minions for the next war(s), whereas birth control is, well, a sin!

What. A. Pathetic. Boob.

PS: So much for there being no religious test:^(

This just jumped into my head from an issue I read as a kid -

"...we here at Mad Magazine believe life begins with the unhooking of the bra strap..." (paraphrasing)

That whole event was a farce. McBush said exactly what they wanted to hear, and they heard their Mav say it truthfully (Praise God! God Bless!). Obama said some stuff, too, but they know he was just lying about it, with his uppity secret Moooslim smartness. Warren got to stand their and bask in the glow of compelling two presidential candidates to genuflect to "his" flock. Let's be honest - few of us knew who the hell this guy was before last week, and now we'll have to endure that assclown being elevated to non-stop talking head christian go-to guy.

Sheesh. Let's hope this Cone of Silence Controversy gets legs and then McBush will have to spend his time answering questions about it.

According to BushCo, kansasdem, yes. And, yes, I'm quite serious.
But the Bush administration, ever backward looking, still cannot distinguish between contraception and abortion. An August 10th editorial in the Houston Chronicle discusses a regulation now under consideration [by HHS] that would classify most birth control pills, IUDs, and Plan B emergency contraception as abortion. The latter would not be permitted even in case of rape. The proposal does not argue that these methods are not preventatives. It argues that since they prevent the fertilization of eggs, they are abortion.
