For The Last Time...
...Republicans aren't funny.
And as near as I can tell from this trailer Republicans also think that punching and slapping liberals will somehow make liberals behave more like Bill O'Reilly and Patton.
UPDATE: The video:
"Turd head"?

Why does this clip remind me of Dr. Strangelove, only, er, not funny? Remember the exchange between Capt. Lionel Mandrake and General Jack D. Ripper, discussing how Ripper developed the theory of the masses being fluoridated, to their detriment? RIPPER: "Well, I, uh... I... I... first became aware of it, Mandrake, during the physical act of love ... Yes, a uh, a profound sense of fatigue... a feeling of emptiness followed. Luckily I... I was able to interpret these feelings correctly. Loss of essence ... I can assure you it has not recurred, Mandrake. Women uh... women sense my power and they seek the life essence. I, uh... I do not avoid women, Mandrake ... But I... I do deny them my essence."
(Thanx, IMDB)
So perhaps that's the core of the right-wingers' lame attempt at humor ... the dreaded ESSENCE BACK-UP.

It looks almost as funny as Faux News' 1/2 Hour Comedy Hour.
What I notice about conservative "comedy" projects is they tend to have a mean edge to them (I am sure this one does as well)--and instead of laughter, it induces wincing.

"Turdhead" is a euph. for "shithead" I'm guessing, used to keep the rating low enough to attract and imprint young neo-hoopleheads. Bloody heck, this is embarrassing--the writing is crap, the stick is largely "slapless," and, well, it has Bill O'Reilly saying that he just likes to slap Michael Moore, which itself is a "bitchy" little thing to say for such a big bully. But hey, it's "humor" right? It's supposed to be, um, inane--even if it's not the inanity they intended; "induced wincing" is right on the money. The scariest thing? John Cusack struggled to get his movie seen, and this piece of shit is coming out in 2,000 theaters in October? WTF?

Let me first just say that I think Michael Moore is an obnoxious slob and if anyone in the media deserves a good skewering, it's him.
With that out of the way, this does look as pathetic as the Fox "News" Channel show. 1/2 News Hours. That lasted what? 2 episodes?
Seriously. Turdhead?
This why conservatives have a reputation for not being funny.
Turdhead? Wow.
