You know damn well the barbecue media is not going to go in that direction. I just finished watching The Situation Room on CNN and they felt it was a plus for McCain. They felt he came out hard and looked like the guy in charge, whereas Obama on a appearance level level did not look stately enough because he had on sweat pants?

You and I both knew, they would not state that McCain was out of line since HE'S NOT the president. Even if Obama was dressED to the nines and made comments as hawkish as McCain the talking heads would have pounced on him for being presumptuous.

Obama will never get equal treatment from the media. If they started portraying Obama in a positive light the public might hear them and stop looking and start assuming that Obama is the man to beat. Doesn't matter that Obama is the man to beat. The media needs to keep their rating going for the next 80+ days.
