On that note, if you guys want a great perspective on the war on terror, Jane Mayer's "The Dark Side" which dropped recently is INSANE. It lays out how basically Dick Cheney, John Yoo and David Addington pretty much pissed all over the Constitution, declared out of thin air that we need torture and set the tone for all this unnecessary fear-mongering. Definitely scope it out because it's melting my face off right now.

BTW, wait until he points out the problems still existing in Iraq! Kirkuk is largely an area of contention between the Kurds and the Iranian allied Shia majority ......... and if that's not enough ........ the same Shia majority is now pursuing an end to the Sunni citizen patrols, and even looking to incarcerate some of their leaders.
