I'm expecting the RNC next week to consist of little more than a string of speakers framing and re-framing the same basic message:
"are you really going to vote for a black man over McCain?" Of course there will be varying degrees of subtlety. But obviously, slime is the only shot they've got.
After seeing the level of interest and excitement with the DNC this past week, I think the answer is obviously "HELL YES!"

I think what will end up happening is that after several days of calling him exotic, foreign, weak, etc. they will lose it. I think there is going to be some slime ball GOPer who will end up saying something even they will regret. I would not be at all surprised if the word uppity was just said straight up. In all the excitement of the being with other fellow racist and bigots they will slip. I would bet my house on it (I don't own one, but I will bet Bob's). When it happens the news will make some excuse about being to stressed because of the weather or something similar. It will be scrubbed from any re-broadcasts from Fox, but other places will be all over it.

I learned a long time ago that if you really want to piss someone off, just be calm and make your point. It drive the dittoheads crazy. This is exactly what Obama is doing. He is showing them he has a blackbelt in political Judo...school started last night for these fools.
