McDoocy Theorem
Governor Jon Huntsman of Utah just said on MSNBC that Governor Palin has foreign policy experience because Alaska borders Russia and Canada.
So that's what -- four or five times a Republican has used a Steve Doocy excuse?

That line is their strongest argument. Now that's scary.
BTW, The folks at Kos are collectively flipping out over a what the National Enquirer is about to publish - the inevitable "SP had an affair" story.
Under normal circumstances, i'd have my head in my hands at this point, but following the mayhem of the last 6 days, I can almost bring myself to believe it.

Yeah, I'm with you, 'Gal. DOK is something of an insane shithole, I much prefer the rational and intelligent conversation over here. As absolutely and purposefully insulting as I try to be, I try not to fuel the rumor mill and prefer to snark the facts, which are always much more absurd than the rumors.

Not sure what I thought "DOK" was supposed to mean (I may have hit the tequila a bit too hard, too early); what I meant, of course, was KOS. It's become something of a nest of vipers over there. Shrill, psychotic vipers.

Tequila may be the only way to make it through the Republican Convention and associated f*ckwittery, so drink up.
I'm off to bed (stupid British time zones) so have one for me too...

Yeah, c'mon, bring it on. Let's see how quickly everyone who blasted the Dems and John Edwards (who is NOT running for any office) for his affair tell us how whether or not she had an affair is not of our business.
Personally, I don't care one way or the other - there was never a prayer I'd vote for her - but the spinning hypocritical heads are always fun to watch.
