America Doesn't Like Sarah Palin
Booo! And she's so self-centered that she considered using Piper as a human boo-shield!
The GOP Vice-Presidential nominee said at an earlier fundraiser that she would stop some of the booing from the rowdy Philadelphia fans by putting her seven year old daughter, Piper in a Flyers jersey. She said, "How dare they boo Piper!"
Well, it turns out, they booed you, Governor. Because you're a hateful, snarky, shrieking eel.
Research 2000: Sarah Palin - Favorable 36, Unfavorable 58. At this rate, by election day she'll be tied with Bushie.
ADDING... Senator Obama is now 13 points ahead of McCain in the R2000 poll.

Did she really think people would be sympathetic because her daughter was there? I can't see the political or personal upside of this...It also makes me feel a little sorry for Sarah Palin, who is so knee deep in elephant crap that she can't smell her own desperate bullshit.

I was so happy to see this....does that make me a bad person? It's just I keep hearing how unpopular she is but all I see is her on tv at her rallies with people cheering her. It's nice to see her in front of a crowd of mixed people rather than all supporters.
If you know you are unpopular, don't subject your children to this. I think there would have been more boos if her kids weren't there. Who ever thought this would be a good idea???

The good thing is that at least her kids will only be subjected to this for a short time. You know, she's only been at this this for *wink, wink* what, six weeks now? And there are only three to go. But I feel sorry for those kids.

Any cheers she might have heard were coming from people who thought she was fuckin' Tina Fey.

The best paragraph from an article crammed with outstanding paragraphs, by Rolling Stone's viciously talented Matt Taibbi:
The truly disgusting thing about Sarah Palin isn't that she's totally unqualified, or a religious zealot, or married to a secessionist, or unable to educate her own daughter about sex, or a fake conservative who raised taxes and horked up earmark millions every chance she got. No, the most disgusting thing about her is what she says about us: that you can ram us in the ass for eight solid years, and we'll not only thank you for your trouble, we'll sign you up for eight more years, if only you promise to stroke us in the right spot for a few hours around election time.
Gonzo Journalism may be alive and well after all. The title of Taibbi's recent book -- The Great Derangement -- says it all, because when a psycho in Minnesota can stand up at a rally and rage about being Mad As Hell and then admit it isn't about the economy (stupid!) but about Socialist Hooligans, this country has indeed suffered a massive derangement in its thinkage. And the 39% of those polled that still believe Palin is qualified to be Vice President are the ones suffering from Palin Derangement Syndrome.

Couldn't agree with you more Elvis. I think Matt Taibbi is the best political/cultural writer I've read in a long time. Funny that YOU mentioned him, because after reading your stuff for awhile, I feel that you, Mr. Dingledein, are in the same league as Taibbi. Just remember, we knew you when...

Si! Elvis for King!
Taibbi used to write for The Beast in Buffalo. You could cry laughing at his stuff back then.

Speaking of crazy in a skirt, where's Man-hands Coulter been lately? Have I somehow (fortunately) missed her hate-filled spewage? I figured she'd jump right on the McPalin race-baiting train. Maybe she can't stand not being the only darling of the wingnuts...

This woman hides behind her kids, parades them as political statement, and when Palin herself gets booed she blames it on the poor little hairlicker (who might have been told that was gross and inappropriate if she had parents who did something more than use them). Jesus H. Particular Christ this woman is a piece of work.

I like that Leeroy. We could make T-Shirts that say something to the effect of "Give the Republicans some credit, at least they're finally supporting a woman that actually IS a woman!"

LeeRoy you miss The Screech? I'm almost to the point of having my hearing restored without her being around (in the little bits I caught her online--I don't go to her places). But Palin is getting in the way of the ear healing. Now if I had to hear both I would just plug them and get on with life.

AmericaBlog has 2 great video clips that clearly tell the tale on what happened. It is sickening that the MSM has to artificially "balance" these stories. Just makes you wanna hurl.

Oh, I definitely DO NOT miss that skanky whorebag. I was just thinking today that she's the kind of scumwad who would feed on all the hatemongering and race baiting going on right now, and be unable to contain herself. Besides, when has Man-hands ever wanted to keep a low profile?
