No Mitt, No Michigan
The McCain campaign is abandoning Michigan. In addition to his financial experience, yet another reason why McCain has to be regretting not going with Mitt for VP.

Remember all that Hillary Clinton concern trolling after Palin was named to the ticket? Where's all the Mitten's concern trolls asking McCain if he regrets his choice with the economy on the front page, and Michigan moving solidly into Obama's column?
mmmmmmmmm BBQ...

He must've seen Obama take over the GOP stronghold of Grand Rapids today.

This is a mile from where I work. I'm sad I couldn't attend.

Lieberman is trying to help though: "Lieberman then said that he hopes the House passes bailout legislation tomorrow because “it will be good for our country. But frankly, it will be good for John McCain too” ...

Lol Lieberman. He's got to be regretting his choice to back McCain at this point, what with us about to take a commanding majority in the Senate. if McCain doesn't win, poor Joe will be up a certain creek without a paddle. To think, he could have been a party elder like Gore after the 200 debacle, instead he becomes another Zell Miller punchline for the GOP. What a maroon.

Michigan won't be the last state where McCain withdraws. Count on it. The MSM will eventually have to discuss it, and McDisdain will have another image problem to deal with.

According to Chris Matthews, McCain's heading out of Michigan to put all his eggs into Pennsylvania. (My home state) McCain's going to try to push the racist issue here, because they believe that's why Hillary did so well. The entire month before the PA primary was when the Rev. Wright issue ran 24/7, so I imagine they're going to try that tactic yet again. I don't think it's going to work this time. McCain has been running his constant lying ads (about Obama raising taxes) here all along, and that obviously hasn't helped him.
