Are you sure they weren't shaking hands when they were blocking Brokaw's teleprompter?

Also notice Cindy slides under away from Obama as well. They are the worst.

McCain is an angry, bitter, old Republican. A majority in his party.
Did you notice the partisan audience pictures? Not the most inclusive-looking bunch, not surprisingly.

The disdain is palpable.

A commenter over at Sullivan's joint said it happened off camera right after the debate. And I actually thought McCain's back clap of Obama at the outset of the clip above was genuine and intimate on McCain's part.

If you were watching C-Span you saw something really cool. Obama was still there for maybe a half-hour after the debate with Michelle shaking hands with EVERYONE in the audience and photos with most.
McCain got out of there quickly - and probably went to bed.

Wow. McCain is really a piece of shit. He has to be a racist. Why else would he despise Obama so much?

My new assessment:
I think McCain was trying the ol' "tap a person on the far side shoulder and act as if you didn't do it" routine.
He then manages to push the blame to Cindy.
Gotcha!
He's such a jokester.
.......or he's just a dick.

Sorry, I can't see it as a dissing. It frequently happens that someone sticks their hand out for a couple seconds and the recipient of the gesture doesn't see it. It's happened to me. I think there are many more substantive things to write about, not the least of which is the "this one" comment.
