Children of the Corn
Whoolery and his wife couldn't believe it when their second and third graders got off the bus last week and told them what other students were saying."They just hadn't heard anything like this before," said Whoolery. "They were chanting on the bus, 'Assassinate Obama. Assassinate Obama.' Then adding in a name sometimes of a classmate on the bus, 'Assassinate Obama and Kate.'"
I think we'll all be shocked at how quickly everyone -- kids, adults, wingnuts -- forget that whole thing about, you know, supporting the president in a time of war. Not emboldening the evildoers and such.
Adding... Poor Kate.

I haven't heard of so much overt racial hatred by children since the n-word was used over the dinner table by some whites during the Civil Rights Movement and it spilled out into the playground, as it always does. What the fuck is going on? Is this just the usual spasm of "we lost" (with a new twist with the new complexion of the winner) that will soon die down or is this the face of the future? This is fucking scary coming from children (who are probably mimicking some adult).
So...if the KKK is a terrorist organization and these kids are espousing terrorist rhetoric and calling for the assassination of the president-elect, why aren't they under investigation or headed for Gitmo? That Gitmo Guy President is still in office, after all. Oh, that's right. That type of terror and hate is okay. Just don't say it from a mosque. Or about a white, right wing president.

My 10 year old son came home from school one day last week and said that a kid in his class said we just elected a "baby killer" for President. Of course, I couldnt let this go, so we had a talk about abortion (something I hadnt ever discussed with him before.) I hate to see these young minds being poisoned in this way.

When kids pull this kind of shit, they should be suspended immediately. It's the only way to punish the real culprits--the parents. It cannot and must not be tolerated or excused.
Schools these days suspend first graders for kissing each other on the playground, for Christ's sake! It's the least they can do to the budding assassins. I don't want my tax dollars going to schools that help train future terrorists or even future Rush Limbaughs.

Hmmmm... about January 20th, all of these asinine children will find themselves arrested on felony charges. It's illegal to say that, the parents might want to teach them that little tidbit.

I read that since Obama's election, guns have been flying off the shelves. The reason given by the media is that people are afraid that Obama will make it illegal to own most kinds of guns. Actually, I can't help but wonder if there are other reasons.

Article on Yahoo today about a white woman who was murdered at a KKK rally in Louisiana. Seems she was recruited online & was to recruit others after being indoctrinated. When she wanted to leave, they killed her!

The bus driver should have stopped the chanting but was probably in agreement. Sick!
Any parents who let this continue especially the ones who don't agree, should be ashamed. There should be consequences for this behavior.
