Ok, now that we have a president who talks like someone born this century, we have to work on getting legislators who don't talk like they just left cryogenic stasis.

Well for starters he is an old rich white man from a western state. Not exactly a foundation for a forward-thinking legislator.

Actually wouldn't it be at least 2 more years? Maybe we can get a tide of some new Democrats in 2010 wanting change. I'm not really optimistic on that though.

I have about as much respect for Harry Reid as I have for his Republican colleagues.
