How Many Republicans?
by Lee Stranahan
Like Bob, I've been listening to Krugman but (shock!) I have a slightly different take.
I respect Krugman as a economist. I respect Obama as a politician and I say politician in about the best sense of the word possible. Krugman is right, of course, about the majority of Republicans but we don't need a majority to enact Obama's landslide agenda. We need a few and there are a few who can read the writing on the political wall. It's rats on a sinking ship for the G.O.P. - let them scurry.
It's hard to change the mindset after years out of power but the good guys won the last election. To that end, I even applaud Coulter on The Today Show. She doesn't go on those shows and win over hearts and minds. She says stupid things and reminds people why they hate Republicans.

And she is a horse faced thing, bony, flat assed, those big noby knees...
So why is it she does the playboy pose in the LBD and the FMP's?

While I agree that it's always helpful to show the far-right for who they are, I hate the fact that NBC is allowing Ann Coulter to promote her book on Today and therefore make piles of money by slandering good people like Michelle Obama.

Shorter every Stranahan post:
"It's not as bad as it seems...it's a blessing in disguise...he has a plan, you'll see"

Didn't Ann-orexic's last book tank? I can see this one tanking as well.

nah, coulter isn't bad, visually. even palin is probably not too bad IRL. (not so hot in photos, though)
but the darkness of their blackhole souls shine stronger (yeah, we don't need no stinking poetic license).
I don't mind that coulter is a commercial success in the comedy biz, but knowing that idiots will vote based upon her works of humor, she should occasionally add disclaimer: "kiddies, do not try this in the voting booth."
