Milk is highly overrated. My son was a soy baby. As he is adopted we had to go the formula route. Soy was what settled him down.
After his pediatrician said it was okay for him to be on milk, his entire emotional life went downhill until we stopped using milk and went back to soy.
We all drink soy milk now and the regular milk is great for calves, imho, not for boys.
When I would work in the school cafeteria at my son's school, you could see the milk allergy kids with big dark circles under they're eyes. It effects sleep and digestion.
My son has done much better on the soy and to this day if he eats ice cream his mood swings and can drive ya up the wall. (My choice, I know)
Exporting what America thinks is great, is perhaps not, once again.

This is all udderly ridiculous, and I'm in no moo'd to even engage in this cheesy discussion.

I generally appreciate milk, but I appreciate soy milk too... and I'm not obsessive about either. BJ - some people are lactose intolerant. African Americans have a higher incidence of this - so soy milk is a great alternative. But I find soy milk to be not really thirst quenching. I like it - but invariably, want something else. Haven't found a good substitute yet.
