Doof Quote of the Day

Hey DeMint I agree! We can begin by taking the Patriot Act and tossing it into a fire! Something tells me you aren't up to that though. Jackass.

Holy cow, Bob.
DeMint's only a United States Senator.
You actually expect him to know U.S. History and shit?

If you actually read the quote, he refers to the "constitutional principles", not the Constitution. The principles set out in the Declaration of Independence are certainly constitutional in nature and informed all three constitutions our country has operated under: the unwritten constitution of the period between Independence and the Articles of Confederation, the Articles themselves, and the Constitution.
The sort of knee-jerk reaction gives the left a bad name and looks as bad as the silliness Limbaugh and O'Reilly put out.
