Super Stupid

Here's Glenn Beck and Jonah Goldberg in the same airspace talking about how Von Brunn is a product of the left.

And there are people who take these two brainiacs seriously. It's a notion so absurd, arguing against it feels redundant and obvious. It's like trying to tell a child that the moon isn't made out of green cheese.

Just because Von Brunn didn't like George W. Bush doesn't mean he was to left of Bush. White supremacists are extremely far right -- further to the right than even Dick Cheney.

I seriously think I'm going to open that robot insurance franchise and advertise on Fox News Channel. Those bastards will believe anything.

Does anyone really believe this? I mean really

Von Brunn is a lefty? Oh I suppose that means Hitler was a lefty too! The KKK is secretly a left-wing political group too!

Beck and Goldberg are sociopaths.

Both robots and Limbaugh eat medicine for fuel.

anyone they consider wrong/bad/evil is called a left-wing liberal - because they consider "left-wing liberal" to be an insult.

Apparently, Von Brunn is both a birther and a 9/11 truther. I've often believed that political spectrum is more of a ring than a line. The as one moves down the extreme right path, they eventually meet up with the equally crazy extreme leftist heading the other direction.

Having said that, I'm willing to bet that Von Brunn identifies himself as an extreme rightwinger. He's more likely to sleep with a copy of Atlas Shrugged under his pillow than Das Kapital.

But Glenn Beck certainly knows the workings of the mind of an insane rightwinger better than anyone else. Of course, he lives in his own bizarro fantasy world where conservatives do no wrong, therefore, anyone who does something bad is by definition a liberal.

Here's a challenge to Beck and Goldberg: Go visit Von Brunn's friends and tell them that he's a far-leftist. Then report back to us on their reaction.

They are propaganda merchants. It's not even clear that they believe what they are saying.

Glenn Beck and Jonah Goldberg would benefit greatly from having rabid wolverines inserted in their underpants.

D.C.'s suggestion is a good one.

How can anyone who is a birther and a 911 truther be thought of as a Liberal? The reason this nutjob hated Bush was likely because he didn't feel Bush was his own brand of crazy enough! I love it though because neither of these 2 idiots and O'Reilly would feel the need to defend themselves if what is being said hasn't hit a nerve with these assholes!

"Just because Von Brunn didn't like George W. Bush doesn't mean he was to left of Bush. White supremacists are extremely far right -- further to the right than even Dick Cheney."

Well said. The fact that von Brunn thinks Bush is part of the global Jewish conspiracy doesn't make him a Democrat, it makes him a nut.

I'm with Git. I'm not convinced that even the ones saying that really believe it. They are in the drama business and raised blood pressure business and if it accomplishes that it fits in their "show".

I said this in a different thread. These people are "no wingers". You can't place them left or right. They are crazy racists whose mantra is, "if you are not with me, you are against me".

You can't call them right-wing, Bob, because their political leaning is for absolute control of your opinions. If given power, they would act just as the Nazis acted, eliminating any opposition to their ideology. They are not for freedom, even though they claim they are. What they stand for is absolute power, and their tactics are hate and coercion. They are as anti-freedom as Hitler was. They do not want you thinking for yourself, because they know that if you do, they have no power.

That is the mind of an extremist. They are bent on the total elimination of their "enemies", they can't even picture a world where they would have to share power. Such a world is better destroyed than full of the people they hate.

That does not resemble the left, and it does not resemble the Right. To call them one or the other is using evil for political purposes. It's shameful.
