President Chairs the UN Security Council

If you're not watching cable news right now, you're missing something very cool. President Obama is chairing a summit on nuclear disarmament in the UN Security Council, flanked by Secretary Clinton and Ambassador Susan Rice.

Background:

This will be the fifth meeting of the Security Council at the head-of-state level since it was established in 1946 and the first time a U.S. president will preside over it.
