Fall Fundraising Drive - Day Two
It's day two of our quarterly fundraising effort to keep this blog running smoothly and fully stocked with bandwidth and other techie gadgets I'll never fully understand. Thanks so much to all of you for contributing to the blog so far. Seriously, it means more to me than I'm able to express.

I'm still giving away DVD copies of my micro-budget indie mockumentary from 2002, The War Effort, for the first two dozen (or so) contributors this week. A lot of thanks to you, Bob. Your blog is fun and incredibly informative.
I hear that a large number of young people get their news from Stewart and Colbert. I suspect that a very high number go straight to your blog whenever they are at the computer.
One grouchy senior sure does. Please keep going.

One Degree of Glenn Beck: Rupert Murdoch
has extensive connections with communists — not just some communists, but some of the most powerful communists in the world. According to an extensive report in the New York Times, this man has "flattered Communist Party leaders and done business with their children," met repeatedly with senior members of the communist Politburo, "cooperates closely" with communist censors and propaganda networks, and "cultivates political ties" with communists in the hope that they will "insulate his business ventures." Not only that, but he "often supports the policies" of communist leaders and "attacks their critics."
