On the Record
Finally some confirmation from a named source that the whole "trigger" rumor from yesterday was false.
"The report is false. The White House continues to work with the Senate on the merging of the two bills," said Dan Pfeiffer, a top White House aide whose portfolio includes health care. "We are making good progress toward enacting comprehensive health reform."
False!

Named sources are capable of giving misinformation.
Unnamed sources are capable of providing accurate information.

Looks like concern troll is concerned again and living in a parallel universe, where only opposites occur.
Does that mean the sky is green and the grass is blue?

Someone was playing both the Left and the MSM.
The Left is clearly afraid that, once again, we'll be fucked royally by the people we worked so hard to put into office that we'll easily believe just this sort of bullshit.
The MSM is so furious and apoplectic about being constantly scooped by the blogosphere that at this point they'd run with just about anything anyone tells them and fuck all that vetting shit. Gotta twitter it now! NOW!1!!
I'm not paying attention to it anymore, but I will say that it doesn't help when the leadership in Congress isn't clear about something but is pretty clear about being unclear about a lot of shit. I don't want them wasting time with answering every bogus headline, but enough with the "Well, a public option... well see,... there are many ways to reform... and ... well..."
