Hannity is a Fort Hood Truther
Hannity is trying to suggest that President Obama knew about Fort Hood before it happened.
After 9/11, everyone -- everyone -- supported President Bush. But it's clear that the wingnuts and Republicans will never give our current president the same deference.

Lest one suggest that the Bushies knew about the 9/11 hijackers, Vannity better shut the fuck up with his pretentiously repetitive ad hominem attacks.

I can't stand that ignorant bastard. This morning I was watching ABC New's Brian Ross on CSPAN and they were taking calls. Many of the people calling from around the country seemed to have a common theme. That this shooting was the fault of Liberals and their "political correctness". Clearly they're fans of fox news because these stupid bastards seem to forget that this guy came up and was promoted during the Bush administration where they couldn't even spell political correctness.
Hannity is an ass! Bush was warned in August of 2001 that Bin Laden was determined to strike in the US and did nothing. We have actual proof that this idiot was warned yet, I'm sure Hannity never mentioned that. I'm so sick of this asshole. I don't understand why the FCC or the Justice Department doesn't issue a warning to Murdoch about all the ignornat fucking morons on his payroll. Stop reporting their fucking hatred and speculation without facts or we'll yank your asses off the air. Aren't their minimum standards for anyone who goes on the air and reports their bullshit as facts whether it's commentary on not?

You know Rox, I was just trying to hunt down the actual time frame that Hasan was "in contact" with terrorists, and realized that even if it had been during the last days of the Bush administration, the Hannities would just shift blame to Liberals for fostering a climate of political correctness.
Again, I keep hearing the phrase "months ago" but can't seem to narrow down when anyone is talking about. His "release Muslims from the military" speech was in 2007. Now I'm reading late last year and early this year. So George Bush wasn't protecting us from the Freedom Haters!
Oh here's something from the American Power Blog-
"At the article [sic and, surprise! they're bad at grammar], everybody's saying how "innocent" these communications looked. But really, isn't this just more evidence of abject political correctness. Wouldn't want to inflame those jihaid bros hangin' down under the local minaret."
Wow. It's still our fault. No matter what, this is the fault of Obama, progressives, liberals, blah blah blah. Oh! Oh! Somebody get Liz Cheney's agency on the phone! STAT!!!

Funny. It looks like the FBI had already assessed this guy and decided he wasn't a threat. A year ago.
Gee. I wonder who was President a year ago. Hmmmm.

Lexaburn - They did know about them. Look it up. They knew they were in Florida for flight training school way ahead of time.
Hannity being a lying jagoff is per usual. When the owner of your network encourages the use of the network as a political weapon and a vechile for revenge, the sky is the limit for hackery.

It's sickening the way these guys try to justify their hate and fear. Where was this "vigilance" on the report about right wing extremists who we all know are WHITE.

Yeah he did know about it. I mean there was even an FBI investigation into Hassan back in 2008:

That was under President Obama's watch.
Err...wait a minute :D

Yes, but President Bush's administration couldn't act because it feared backlash from liberals and progressives.
HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!
This is clearly our fault. I mean, if it wasn't for Liberals, our army dudes would be able to pack heat on military bases! If more of them had been armed, Barack Hussein Nidal Malik Hasan Obama would have been taken out right away! AAAAUUUGGHHHHH!!!!

I love how these conservatives who advocate personal responsibility are so quick to shift the blame away from the actual shooter. These guys always say guns don't kill people, people kill people. Well we know who killed these people but it's not good enough, they have to take down the president. If the public at large didn't hold Bush responsible for 9/11, they won't hold Obama responsible for this. These are just more marginalizing loud noises from the wingnuts.

I'm still waiting for the "liberal media" to go nuts over the "lone domestic terrorist" in Seattle.
Oh. wait.
He only killed one cop, and was stopped before he could commit mass mayhem.
And he wasn't a Muslim, so no news there.

JM Ashby, I'm detecting a a deficiency in sarcasm detection?
Vannity's a goddamn blockhead that thinks with his toe knuckles. Never mind his inability to recognize his constant lapses into hypocrisy. As I've stated before, if the dimwit actually had someone on his show that wasn't there to make his vanity project appear "fair & balanced," he would not have gotten very fair with his asinine assertions. He'd have walked off his own damned show like that troll Tancredo did on Ed Schultz's.

"These guys always say guns don't kill people, people kill people."
Guns don't kill people. Liberal Islamofascist Muslims kill people. That love freedom!!!
It's 2009 and not only is is still acceptable to consider "purging" the military, and presumably our society, of Muslims, the people that advocate such a course of action have a following that hangs on their every word.
Everything changes and nothing changes.

The worst of it is, judging by reports and stories I've read from different people about personal dealings with Hannity, is that they guys KNOWS he's bullshitting. He doesn't believe a fucking word of what he's spewing. It's all a money making game to him. That makes it even worse in my eyes.

I wonder if we could do something simple to be a little more aware of our surroundings and who inhabits them. Any ideas? I don't know, like maybe.... oh, I know! We can ask Muslims to wear a crescent on their clothing. Hell, why ask? They'd just have to do it. Nothing fancy, mind you, just maybe a little patch with a crescent and star on their jacket or coat. Do you think the Republicans and Conservatives would go for that?
Come to think of it, where have I seen that before?

Conservatives suggesting that the military be purged of muslims are obviously not too keen on history. Hell, why stop with muslims? How about everyone that isnt blonde haired and blue eyed? Jackasses

Oh I have no doubt that conservatives would go for that. There was talk of internment camps at the beginning of Gulf War II. Some would even reason "oh we're not talking about American citizens like we did in WWII, just foreign nationals. So it's totally ok."
Remember, the followers of Dick Cheney and George W. Bush are easily frightened and see conspiracy in every shadow. Especially non-Christian, non-white shadows...

rox already pointed this out, but it's worth repeating:
"Bin Laden determined to attack in U.S."

Um, isn't being a 9/11 Truther the thing that ultimately led to Van Jones's resignation? The one that Hannity and his ilk called for?

All this shit makes me want to just scream as loud as I can... I CAN'T FUCKING TAKE THIS SHIT ANYMORE!!!!
Rox..... you ask about minimum standards in broadcasting.... IMO we should bring back "The Fairness Doctrine", and the FCC should start fining their asses if they don't fucking comply.
