Pollgasm
Sen. Joe Lieberman’s (I-Conn.) favorable ratings have taken almost a 10-point drop in the past two weeks, a new poll found.31 percent of people told a CNN poll conducted Dec. 16-20 that they had a favorable opinion of Lieberman, a key Senate centrist who’d opposed healthcare reform only until recently. Opinion toward Lieberman, though, was down from a 40 percent favorable rating in the same CNN poll conducted December 2-3 of this year.
Poll respondents’ unfavorable opinion of Lieberman ticked upward over the same period. 34 percent of those polled said they now have an unfavorable opinion of Lieberman, compared to 28 percent who have an unfavorable opinion.
Suck it, Joe!

I'm curious how much he's caused Obama's approval to drop

Yeah people nationally don't like him, but what are his numbers in CT? Not that I'm not glad that most people think he's a douche, but what I want to know what his chances of reelection are. Anyone want to pitch in and put a poll in the field?

I'm sick of adjectives like "centrist" and "moderate" used for people like Lieberman, Nelson and their ilk. They are really Right Lite, and I prefer the term Asshole, as in "Asshole Senator Lieberman".

Myst - the poll is based on a survey of 1445 CT residents. Lieberman gets a 21% approval rating from Democrats, 68% from Republicans, 39% from Unaffiliated, and 38% overall.
