If you live in Texas, RUN! Austin is going to end up like Berlin -- an oasis of sanity in the midst of a police state controlled by these people:
The GOP there has voted on a platform that would ban oral and anal sex. It also would give jail sentences to anyone who issues a marriage license to a same-sex couple (even though such licenses are already invalid in the state).
This isn't some fringe wingnut group. This is the Republican Party in the largest state in the lower 48. This is the party that's somehow afforded 50+ percent of the discourse by the cable news people. You know, for balance -- because, well, you know, ask around -- Americans HATE oral sex. We hate it so much! Icky!
