We Can’t Allow That

Artist - Jeff Parker

In other news, the Republican-controlled Michigan House of Representatives is considering legislation that would make it a crime, punishable by up to one-year in prison, for teachers to send a political message using their school-provided email account.

Who will judge what is and is not a "political message?"

Evidently “Big Brother Government” is a-okay if the Republicans are in control. Geez….when are people gonna wake up?!

Real smart, guys. You just know that the first person to serve time will be some yutz spreading birfer chain letters because the intended targets of this law turned him in.

OMG… O’Reilly is flogging the $16 muffin lie on The Daily Show. Stewart is apparently clueless. Bad on him for not knowing, but I can’t wait to see the debunking tomorrow night.

Do Michigan public schools still even HAVE computers? I would have thought the Repub legislature sold them off as being unnecessary expenditures by now. As a native and proud ex- Detroiter, these assholes and the jackasses who elected them – including some of my own extended family – make me want to go all Devil’s Night on someone.

Jesus Christ, my freshman history teacher was a right-wing psychopath who frequently told us about how Bill Clinton was a socialist adulterer… bet Michigan Republicans don’t have any problem there.

Speaking of political messages…something that may be a little off topic. What do you think the chances of the Get Money Out movement for a Constitutional Amendment to get money out of politics are?

I saw this promoted on a recent Dylan Ratigan Show on MSNBC –

    Pipe dream?

Who will judge what is and is not a “political message?”

The zampolit. Working in tandem with the christianist pharisees, of course. And there’s your job creation, 100’s of thousands of checkists (all of the most pure mindset).
