Bill Maher nailed the new “gun control” bill — I mean, “The Second Amendment Rights Protection Act” — last night with many of the points I outlined in my column yesterday.
And I didn’t even get to the “friends and family” part of the bill in my column — the Yard Sale Loophole that Chez and I discussed on the podcast. This bill is a mess from the title on down. The only redeeming quality is the closure of gun show loophole, but it really doesn’t matter because it’ll never pass the House.
