Last night with Anderson Cooper, Greenwald bounced around whether Miranda was transporting top secret Snowden documents, even though he’s on record as admitting that.

Sorry, the First Amendment press clause doesn’t extend to Brazilians or the U.K., for that matter.

Once again, speaking purely as a man with a spouse who I love, I would never, ever, ever involve her in my political writing or activities. For Greenwald to wheel out his spouse on national TV is, I suppose, necessary now that his spouse is part of the story, but why would he do this, especially given the resources of an entire international publication at his disposal?
