Vice President Joe Biden announced today that he will not run for president in 2016 because the window for him to enter has closed.
Biden said his family has gone through the process of grieving for his son Beau, who passed away in May, and that the window of opportunity to mount a successful presidential bid has passed.
Not-surprisingly, the brain-busters at Fox have a different theory.

If you asked Tantaros or any other wingnut with Benghazi Tourette's to describe exactly what the Benghazi scandal is, I doubt they could tell you. Using a private email server was not a violation of State Department policy nor was it against the law.
Even if that were the case, it has nothing to do with the president or vice president.
