This is where we're at in the Republican presidential primary.
Former governor and Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee appeared on MSNBC's Morning Joe program where he made it clear that, unlike Doctor Ben Carson, he never bludgeoned his mother with hammer or stabbed a family member.
HUCKABEE: "I will go on record today and tell you this, Mika: I never hit my mother with a hammer and I never stabbed anybody. Never wrote about it either."
Unfortunately there is a member of the Huckabee family that has pummeled and stabbed a four-legged family member.
I say the entire GOP field should be asked to raise their hands at the next primary debate if they've ever attacked their mother with a hammer. Let's show the world that we're super serious and not deranged at all.
