Employment is now officially higher than it was when Obama took office.

Employment is now officially higher than it was when President Obama took office.

It's unfortunate that it took this long, but as you're probably well aware numerous obstacles have been placed in his path over the past two years.

Endless obstruction. The threat of a government shutdown for fiscal 2011. The threat of a government shutdown for fiscal 2012. A partial shutdown of the FAA. The debt ceiling hostage crisis. No transportation bill. The Republicans have done everything in their power to ensure that it would take this long to recover.
