Information is still leaking out, but Olbermann announced that tonight was the last episode of Countdown on MSNBC. Word is that MSNBC decided to cancel his contract. No news as to specifically why this is happening, but it's probably a safe bet that it had something to do with the Comcast merger and, to a lesser extent, this pathetic, douchey "let's all be nice and use quiet indoor voices" meme.
