In other news, the speaker of Britain’s House of Commons says they will not vote on Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit plan again, bringing the country closer to either delaying the Brexit or leaving the EU without a deal.

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law making it illegal to spread fake news which is defined as information that "exhibits blatant disrespect for the society, government, official government symbols, constitution or governmental bodies of Russia.” So, it's basically a totalitarian censorship law.

If you take away the shootings and the petty arguments on social media, there's simply not a lot happening in the news right now. And I don't do petty. At least not usually. There's been no news on trade negotiations, no news out of the Mueller probe, and Congress is on recess until next week.
