In other news, eight U.S. intelligence officials told Reuters that they're concerned about providing classified briefings to GOP nominee Donald Trump because he might open his big stupid mouth and share it with the world.

Meanwhile, USA Today examined the record and uncovered 3,500(!) lawsuits Donald Trump has been named in. But, you know, something something email server Benghazi or whateverthefuck.

Finally, Senate Republicans apparently want to cut defense spending by slashing housing benefits for service members rather than cutting any useless weapons programs.

    I don’t understand why any nominee is given classified briefings in the first place. Once they’re President-elect, sure. The time between the elections and inauguration should be spent getting them up to speed on the classified details of situations. But before then, it’s like giving classified information to anyone who just applies for a job at the CIA.
